1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and ph366 ("ph366", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph366 online gaming platform, including the website located at https://ph366.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Online gambling is prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform. ph366 services are intended exclusively for users accessing the Platform from within Philippine territory.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility when requested will result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any account balance, pending verification.

If ph366 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have provided false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility, your account will be immediately terminated, all winnings will be forfeited, and ph366 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the ph366 Platform, including the ability to wager real money and participate in gaming activities, you must create a user account. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one account with ph366. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names or using different email addresses, is strictly prohibited. ph366 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you must notify ph366 immediately.

ph366 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. 2FA adds an additional layer of protection by requiring a time-sensitive verification code in addition to your password when logging in.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ph366 supports various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other electronic payment systems available to Philippine users. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You are responsible for any fees, charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by your payment provider. ph366 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your ph366 account balance immediately or within a reasonable processing time depending on the payment method used. If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the expected timeframe, you should contact ph366 customer support with transaction details for investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require submission of supporting documentation, including government-issued identification and proof of address. ph366 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and ensure the security of your account.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24 to 72 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and compliance checks. Withdrawal times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

ph366 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or if the withdrawal does not comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. In such cases, ph366 will notify you and may request additional information or documentation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by ph366 and may vary depending on the payment method used and your account status. These limits are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ph366 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives ("Promotions") to users from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials and on the ph366 website. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount before the funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Wagering requirements must typically be met within a specified time period, which will be stated in the Promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates are detailed in the Promotion terms.

ph366 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, and confiscate winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of Promotion terms, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion, or using automated betting systems.

Bonuses and Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players who abuse Promotions for profit may have their accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and potential legal action. ph366 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as necessary.

ph366 may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. In the event of account termination, ph366 will return any remaining legitimate balance to you after deducting any amounts owed to ph366, provided you have complied with all applicable verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph366 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of ph366 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Content
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or Content
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
• Download or copy Content for commercial use
• Use the ph366 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission

Unauthorized use of any Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ph366 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, including server downtime, software errors, or network interruptions
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform

ph366's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ph366 in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the ph366 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or any other arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph366 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of ph366's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
